Electrical Design Engineers - Sydney

$80 - $120k per annum plus Superannuation and benefits package

With a pledge to invest a healthy amount of their profit into R&D, they are enjoying an exciting period of growth and are looking for Electrical Design Engineers at various levels to design electronic circuits, create prototypes and conduct verification and validation at component, board and product level.

The role

You will be responsible for: -

• • designing electronic circuits, prototyping, verification & validation

  • conducting failure analysis and providing solutions

  • working closely with other teams to fully understand design requirements

  • working closely with component manufacturer, PCBA manufacturer and product manufacturer to provide functional test plan, reliability test plan and manufacturing improvement

  • Creating, coordinating and releasing technical documents

Your Experience and Attributes

• A 'can-do' approach as a proactive problem-solver with a mix of analytical skills and creativity

• An appetite to learn and willingness to be an active listener, open to feedback, new ideas and points of view

• Strong critical thinking, logic and top-down thinking capability

• Good communication skills, both listening and engaging

• Demonstrated successful experience in electrical engineering within a PCBA design and manufacturing environment.

  • Passionate about enabling people, food and process whilst able to lead through engaging and influencing peers and stakeholders

• Strong in Altium designer

• Software knowledge advantageous

• Manufacturing knowledge advantageous
