HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager, for our client in Folkestone.
Ideally you will have a background in Leisure and Activities, as well as managerial experience and a sound understanding of health and safety for staff and visitors.
Main Duties
To ensure safe and smooth running of the centre.
To maintain the highest levels of health and safety to customers, staff, and visitors.
Carry out daily checks of the centre
Maximise profits by management of staff hours and correct billing and pricing structures.
Deal with customer complaints
Oversee party booking forms
Ad hoc administration duties
Cashing up, running reports
Maximise customers perceptions of the centre - temperature control, seating arrangements, cleanliness etc.
Job Requirements
A-C in Maths & English
Enhanced DBS
As well as the above, most importantly as a duty manager you will be friendly, approachable and professional with a desire to succeed and to go above and beyond in the interest of the centre.
