Regional Service Desk Coordinator /Disptacher/Scheduler

HRGo are currently recruiting for a Scheduler/Regional Service Desk Co-Ordinator for our client based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Job Purpose

To own and take responsibility for all open jobs within allocated region, planning all reactive jobs to ensure service level agreements are being meet and ensuring job completion within applicable KPIs. Maximise engineer productivity, ensuring customer communication throughout the reactive call process to ensure industry leading service is always provided.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsible for all open jobs within allocated region, across all reactive call statuses.

Main point of contact for engineers' emails and phone calls

Plan Engineers days according to the region (North & Midlands/ South/ London/ Scotland)

Ensure jobs are planned within their SLA

Ensure SLA's are monitored throughout the day

Monitor posting throughout the day

Ensure all postings are completed accordingly

Update portals with closedown notes/ updates if parts are required

Monitor and plan all service work within the month it is due

Raise any passes which may be required including RAMS

Monitor incoming calls/ emails

Send weekly spreadsheets of outstanding services to engineers

Send quotations to customers when required

Take ownership of queries or escalations for jobs within region from Internal and External Customers, providing a timely resolution.

Maintain positive working relationships with Customers, Field Engineers, and colleagues across the business.

Any other ad-hoc duties required as requested by the business.

Person Specification & Key Skills

Strong Customer Service skills both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and helpful manner.

Previous scheduling experience preferred.

Performance focused, aware of KPI's and motivated to meet or exceed targets.

Self-motivated, with a positive outlook, seeking solutions to problems.

Focused with the ability to work well under pressure

Ability to take ownership of the role and responsibilities

Computer literate, good level of MS Office skills.
