Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Specialist
The Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the
omni-channel digital marketing strategy. Reporting to MD, you will lead the digital
marketing activity by developing initiatives that grow online sales:

● Create and implement the Digital Marketing strategy

● Develop the eCommerce strategy for the Company website and Amazon

● Develop and implement the Email Marketing / CRM including email marketing and
database growth

● Develop company social media strategy

● Design and implement targeted, timely customer retention programs

● Create campaign landing pages

● Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing and identify new
opportunities for the Company

● Track ROI on all digital initiatives

SEO Responsibilities for this role:
* Perform keyword research
* Building an SEO strategy
* Optimising on-site content
* Building effective links
* Content creation
* Building reports
* Analysing data
* Interpreting data to client or account manager
* Keeping up to date on industry changes (such as algorithm updates)
* Performing pre-live SEO for new site launches

PPC Responsibilities for this role:
* Manage the PPC channel on Google Ads, Amazon Ads and Bing.
* Building a PPC strategy
* Building out campaigns
* Making bid and targeting adjustments
* Writing text ads
* Creating (or directing the creation of) display ads
* Building reports
* Analysing data
* Interpreting data to client or account manager
* Keeping up to date on industry changes (such as new platform features)

Qualifications for this role:
* A basic understanding of HTML
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
* Time management & priority management
* A passion to learn and develop professionally
* Writing & grammar
* Experience managing digital marketing / eCommerce sites
* End-to-end PPC Campaigns on Amazon, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook
* On and off page SEO campaigns
* Planning and strategies of the Email / CRM campaigns
