HRGO are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manger for a large independent global provider based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a vital role in supporting the marketing, creative, communications and digital departments. They will be responsible for leading their team, developing creative guidelines and directing creative work.

This position requires strong leadership but with a fun outlook on work and life, be hands on and able to maximise your teams talents.

You will need to be an expert in all facets of the Digital process, SEO, PPC and use of CRM in order to produce the best work out of your team.

The person we are looking requires to have:

* Strong digital marketing exp.
* Senior or Management skills
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in managing large teams
* Experience working within a wider marcoms department

* B2B Marketing experience
* IDM or CAM Diploma (or similar) or marketing related degree
* Use of Marketing software
* Confidence in managing a specialist team
* Degree or equivalent qualification
