Job Specification POSITION: Digital Marketing Executive LOCATION: Holywell HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:00pm SALARY: £30,000p/a + benefits REF: VR/00807 HR GO are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client who are a global manufacturer. Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be a confident self-starter with a proven track record in managing results driven digital campaigns. You will be able to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of products, our industry and our stakeholders allowing you to channel your demonstrable experience into outstanding campaigns that support our strategic marketing plan. Key Responsibilities * Build excellent working relationships with a cross-organisational group of players including local and global marketing teams, technical, product and sales teams * Develop and manage intelligence led digital campaigns with a KPI for lead generation * Define, implement and report on metrics to measure effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of all campaigns, using appropriate tools and act on intelligence to tweak performance. * Grow company brand presence across social media * Recommend digital tools, new social media channels, technologies and digital trends and keep abreast of new trends. * Be responsible for content and SEO of the local website and work with agencies to update global pages alongside regional marketing managers. The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills and experience: * Minimum of 4 years in a similar role. * Must work accurately with an attention to detail ensuring content is accurate before publication. * Extensive capability across a broad range of Microsoft packages with an ability to use design packages a clear advantage. * Marketing/design qualification would be an advantage. * Organised and self-motivated.
