You will be work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the digital marketing strategy and provide administration support to the entire Marketing and Communications team.
Requirements
Previous experience within the charity industry
Key responsibilities
Provide administration support to the entire Marketing and Communications team.
Creation, scheduling and delivery of all organic (timeline) social media posts across multiple channels; and of day-to-day social monitoring and responding.
Managing 3 email newsletters from content through to production.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan the social media and email calendars.
Content creation, collation and updates for social media, email and the website; using the CMS for webpage creation, production of pop-ins etc.
To contribute to campaign evaluation reports.
To keep accurate records of mission web reports and update the online Media Centre on a daily basis.
To be part of the Communications team weekend rota.
To author events/initiatives marketing plans and contribute to other plans as required.
Assist the Communications Team to maintain and deliver accurate details of sponsorship agreements.
Responsible for posting to 3rd party Facebook pages, 3rd party websites and placing adverts in parish magazines etc.
To manage own workload.
