HRGO are working with a private hospital in Kent, with a reputation for delivering high quality healthcare services in their search for an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager.

As Deputy Theatre Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the management of theatre services in the absence of the Theatre Manager. This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure resources are used to maximum effect

  • Liaise with bookings to ensure the appropriate patient levels are allocated to theatre lists

  • Formulate Theatre policies

  • Support team members whilst participating in hands on care

About you:

  • Experienced Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner

  • Minimum of 6 years at band 6 level

  • Knowledge of CQC

  • Knowledge and experience of minimally invasive procedures
