HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Deputy Cleaning Manager based at a Local Hospital.
This is a temporary role.
The hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 20:00 overseeing the cleaning operations of the site in the afternoon/evenings.
You will be the main interface and point of contact for all cleaning services, ensuring patients are safe and catered for in the hospital, to the standards required by the Client managing customer expectations.
General Duties will include:
Inputting daily/ monthly reports in volume and escalating failures to meet key KPIs
Manage a large team of staff including team leaders
Providing various aspects of services to stakeholders
Responsible for the Domestic Services to ensure contract service compliance in accordance with efficient and effective service delivery and national guidelines
Ensure smooth handovers
Walking the site regularly to ensure staff are aware of presence and feel supported
Provide feedback on all cleaning in relation to performance and service levels
An Enhanced DBS will be required for this role, which HRGO can help you process.
