Hrgo are looking for a temporary Data Entry Clerk in Dover to provide support and to assist in the maintenance of accurate record keeping. Initially this role is for 6 weeks only and will then be reviewed taking into account office workload. Previous data entry and office experience is essential. Key Responsibilities * A keen eye for detail is required to ensure accurate record keeping. * To create accurate templates in preparation. * High volume data entry, including person demographics and numerical data. * Maintain records to ensure accuracy of information across systems. * To assist in clerical duties considered necessary for the smooth running of the department i.e. sending letters, emails, etc. * To ensure that all local policies and legal requirements relating to care, Information Governance, GDPR, Data Protection and Health and Safety are complied with.
