This is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary + great workplace benefits.
Starting Salary : £19,600pa
working week : Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
22 days annual leave + Bank holidays

Main Purpose of the position:
The role is integral to the organisation, as it is responsible for processing daily orders/charging tickets to enable us to pay our, suppliers and hauliers, and subsequently invoice our customers. Also responsible for the timely raising of queries and associated resolution of them which requires close liaison with our Transport & Commercial Teams. Building knowledge of our haulier invoicing behaviours are also key as this enables us to chase them for timely receipt of their tickets.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Entry/processing daily orders/bookings
· Inputting of haulier invoices
Maintenance of good working relationships with all departments and senior management team
Raising of issues/queries with Team Leader to ensure continuous flow of work.
Supporting other Teams within Admin Hub as needed
