We are now looking for Data Entry Administrators to help our client's team for 3 months End of contract: 28th December 2018 Location: Huntingdon Working Hours- 37.5 Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Pay rate: £8.20 per hour Qualifications/ Skills and Experience: * Good knowledge of Excel * Computer literate * Flexible approach to tasks, roles and priorities * Enthusiastic and self motivated * On receipt of debtor requests, check to ensure all relevant information is provided as prescribed in the Financial Procedures. * Carry out checks on the Sales Ledger (SL) to identify existing customers and where necessary set up new accounts. * Process the information provided on the debtor request within the SL to produce an invoice/credit note. * Upon notification of a receipt of payment in settlement of an invoice(s) ensure the correct allocation of all payments to the SL. Investigate unspecified income by contacting the remitter and apply to the correct debtors account. Where applicable instigate refund of duplicate payments. * Complete reconciliations of the SL to the General Ledger (GL) ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and notify Team Leader for correction.
