£8.50 per hour
Purpose:
To deliver outstanding customer service to our Commercial customers, and provide the Regional Sales teams with business development and administration support to ensure a seamless and market leading experience for our customers.
* Handling and resolution of customer queries through a variety of communication channels including phone calls, Live Chats, text messages, Salesforce cases, and email.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external customer
* Administration tasks: processing contracts, resolving invoice queries, booking waste collections, sending welcome packs, first impression calls, 6 month feedback, contract amendments (resigns, service increase/decrease, relocation, new sites/services), customer hub registrations and user support, accept waste transfer notes and any other ad hoc administrative duties.
* Sales team support: assign leads to Sales Executives, contract checks, handling sales process for increases/decreases to service that don't require risk assessments
* Negotiating with customers to prevent customer churn, increase prices/services
* Upselling additional services, collections.
* Duty of care to follow through and understand Data Protection, Confidentiality, Terms & Conditions of Contracts, Legislation
* Support with monthly customer reporting
* Attending internal and customer meetings as and when require
