A fantastic new opportunity has arisen in a thriving business, based in Ashford.

As Customer Success Executive, you will ensure that all customers have an efficient and successful experience using their systems and websites.

You will have a strong customer service background, and be confident in presenting information over a range of platforms.

About you:

  • Background in customer service

  • Excellent problem solving ability

  • Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable with technology

  • Knowledge of SaaS products desirable but not essential
