Customer services advisor's needed
We are looking for new recruits in Newcastle for a home based Customer Service team providing advice and information on a range of services via all contact channels e.g. telephone, face to face and online. You will be expected to provide support for a range of internal and external customers, providing first contact resolution and taking ownership of customer's enquiries. You will also be working within and actively promoting customer service standards, acting as an ambassador for Customer Services, clients and the company. Training will require going into office but after this you will be working from home.

Start time - shift rotation between 8.30-PM Mon- Thurs and 8.30-4.30pm on Fridays.
End time - shift rotation between 8.30-PM Mon- Thurs and 8.30-4.30pm on Fridays.
Rate of pay: £9.30 p/h
