Customer Service/Order Processor We are looking for people with great Customer Service Skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun organisation based in the centre of Bishops Stortford. The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service. Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends. Paying £8.21 per hour plus bonuses. Main Duties & Responsibilities: * To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries * To contribute to the attainment of the departmental target * Accurate data entry * Taking customer call backs * Provide exceptional customer service at all times * To effectively follow all departmental procedures * To make suggestions on procedure/process improvement * To embrace change with enthusiasm to ensure that the department develops and grows as the business develops and grows * Where necessary be involved in training of new staff * General admin tasks as required No experience necessary, full training given.
