Job Description

Customer Services Administrator

HRGO are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of large well established company located in Sherburn who work with well known global brands. They have on site parking and fantastic transport links making them ideally located for candidates from Wakefield, Leeds, Castleford, Selby and surrounding areas.

Benefits:

  • Early finish on a Friday

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00, early finish on a Friday at 16.30

Duties Include:

  • Preparation of export documents
  • Cross functional communication to ensure timely availability of information for the production of export documentation
  • Tracking of all orders to ensure the export/import chain is complete.
  • Being a key contact all customs/customer enquiries relating to export/import
  • Responsible for order capture, customer services and forecasting
  • Ensuring all internal and external correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
  • Working with the Finance Team on new account set up, monitoring of proforma accounts and monitoring of customer orders versus credit limits

Candidates require:

  • Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Confident with IT packages
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Great team player who can also work well on their own
