We are looking for Customer Services Administrator with science background to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the business. It's a permanent role. Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch). Position with a starting salary of National Living Wage. Main responsibilities: - to ensure that all incoming calls are answered in line with the Company standards and help with any queries customers or internal staff may have - take and record messages and refer messages to other staff - provide secretarial assistance to the team as required - monitor and maintain supplies of stationery - open and sort all incoming post - generate invoices - purchase order input - deal with any emails, communicating professionally and with attention to detail - organise and co-ordinate appointments and meetings - carry out general clerical/administrative duties as required. Qualifications required to do this role: 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Experience required to this role: Experience of working in an administrative role within a professional office environment.
