Working within a team of customer service advisors your main responsibilities will be the following: * Dealing with enquiries and resolving where possible. * Answering in-coming phone calls and offering customers products and services. * Updating customer accounts using the company database * Processing customer orders and correspondence * General administration duties For this role you will need to have the following: * Good communication skills and able to build rapport * An excellent problem solver * Strong listening skills whilst being patient * A team player with a positive manner.
