An excellent opportunity has become immediately available for a client based in Ashford. This is a 6 month contract, and will initially be office based, with the opportunity for some home working when fully trained.
This will be a support role for the Customer Service team, with main duties including:
Stock allocation
Actioning daily reports for orders
Obtaining copy invoices and order acknowledgements
Raising sample orders
Raising credits
Assigning work in Oracle Service Cloud to the relevant CSS
Some internal liaison needed between departments & functions
Any other ad hoc duties
About you:
Excellent Excel knowledge is a must
Customer service and administration experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
