My client, a well known and successful company is looking for a full time customer service support person to work in the customer service department
Your will have extensive customer service background, either over the phone or face to face
There will also be an element of calling customers - outbound
Great telephone manner, custumer service skills and accurate data entry is key
Office based
8m to 5 pm- hour for lunch
JOB PURPOSE Give a single purpose for the existence of this role |
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales |
Customer Service
Monitoring sales inbox where necessary at agreed times of day
Process of orders via various media sources
Answering calls in a professional manner and dealing with all efficiently and redirecting to the correct areas
Communicating to customers regarding all queries including short deliveries, back orders etc
Liaising and supporting all departments to help resolve customer issues
Assist customers in placing their order
Provide Product Information to all customers
Follow correct procedures for all daily tasks
Prioritising orders based on the areas they are going or which transport they are going on e.g. Overseas customers, DPD orders
Working with other departments to resolve Customer Interactions recorded on the CRM system
Sales Support
Proactively calling existing customers to get them to place orders
Providing customers prices for their standard list rates using pricing
Taking verbal quotation requests from customers and forwarding to the relevant areas
