HR GO are recruiting full time Customer Service Advisers for our client in Knowsley to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have the ability to communicate, over the phone, answering a range of enquiries regarding a range of services. You will be responsible for: * handling inbound calls from customer * Support callers, dealing with their queries and providing information and advice. * Communicating with callers of all ages and backgrounds, conveying information and tailoring support to callers needs, age and understanding. * You will be expected to communicate through a range of channels including email. Voice, web chat, SMS and social media.
