Have you recently been made redundant from Retail/Hospitality Sectors or Furlough come to and end and your looking to utilise your current skills well we have just the roles for you! We are currently seeking 50+ Inbound Call Handlers to join a busy contact centre environment.
You will be working on behalf of Retail based business, roles are full time 40 hours per week working between 7am-10pm any 5 out 7 days Monday-Sunday. Starts are available throughout September-October so if you are currently seeking a new challenge or looking to start a new career this would be the ideal opportunity.
We are looking for candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre environment and possess excellent communication and organisation skills. Must also be competent computer user due to systems used.
Duties
Full Training provided and located on site this will run for the initial 5 weeks until training and assessment is completed prior to you being able to work from home. Temp-Perm opportunities as well as other development opportunities within to Management levels following initial 12 week period
