Temporary Customer Service Order Processor Are you looking for temporary work in Bishops Stortford? We are working with our client based in the town centre who are looking for Inbound Call Centre operatives. This is a great opportunity to gain excellent experience within an office environment! The successful candidates will have great customer service skills and looking to work for a successful, fun organisation and be willing to work within a team. Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends. Hours of work - Monday to Saturday - 9am to 5:30pm & Sunday 9am to 4pm. You will get 3x breaks - 2x 15 minute breaks and half hour for lunch. Pay Rate - £7.83 per hour plus bonuses. Main Duties & Responsibilities: * Deal with customer orders and queries via telephone, email and letters processing these in a timely manner. * Contribute to the departments targets * Provide excellent customer service * Accurately input data into the system * Other administration duties when required Essential requirements: * Experience within a customer service environment is desirable * MUST be flexible and able to work weekends. * Has a confident and professional telephone manner * Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel * Excellent organisational and time management skills This position is to start week commencing 25th February 2019.
