This firm are proud of the products and services they offer and the outstanding customer service they provide. This organisation has grown momentously in the past few years and are now looking to expand their team even more! Main duties include: * Managing and improving processes to ensure highest levels of customer service * Resolving customer queries and concern * Managing satisfaction levels * Review marketing opportunities * Control (WIP) work in progress * Manage end of day meetings The ideal candidate: * Previous experience in a management role is essential * Must have a minimum 3 years customer service experience * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Be a team player Hours of work are : Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm (Please note this role will include working alternate Saturday's a minimum of two a month)
