Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: Bromborough
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £DOE
We are looking for an experience Team Manager to lead a small team of customer service/ sales representatives to confidently address customer issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with people in different departments to see if a better price is available somewhere else or if suppliers in a certain area are not living up to expectations.
- Oversees supply chain management.
- Implement effective processes for customer service representatives to interact with customers.
- Coordinates with sales department to incorporate plans to increase customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure supplies get where they need to and on time and meet deadlines.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure.
- Ensure work environment is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Write reports and analyse the customer service that the organisation provides.
- Lead or supervise a team of customer service staff.
- Provide help to customers using the organisation's products or services.
- Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organisation or department.
- Keep on top of a company's supply needs.
- Seek out high-quality goods and negotiates reasonable prices on orders.
- Communicates with team members and executives.
- Maintains professional environment for customer service team to thrive to solve problems and increase customer satisfaction, leading to an increase in sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
