We have an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and friendly customer service environment within a call centre.

• Paid Training - initial 4 week training programme provided on site with additional floor support
• Full Time 40 Hrs per week (5 days) or Part Time 30 Hrs per week (4 days) Opening hours 7am-10pm Monday-Sunday

You will not need to have gained experience within Financial Services all we ask is you have gained previous customer service experience within other call centres/office/retail or hospitality and have a passion to grow and develop within Customer Services.

This is fast paced and regulated environment handling a high volume of calls to the customer service department handling a full range of queries from re setting of security passwords through to applications and customer complaints. You will experience a diverse customer base and must be able to adapt with a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and organisational skills as well as IT competent. Due to financial nature of the role all roles are subject to satisfactory DBS and credit check.
