HR GO are looking to recruit Customer Service Executives to start throughout November for their prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area.

The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.

The salary is £22,200 per annum. which includes shift allowance.

Responsibilities and main Attributes:-

• Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Communicate the benefits of products and services
• Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
• Ability to work to targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understand and up sell the company products
• Data entry and information gathering
• Ability to work to KPI'S
• IT literate and attention to detail
• Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
• Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
• Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
• IT literate and competent

Working hours are;

Week 1

Starting work between 8am and 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Rota days off on a Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Week 2

Starting work between 8am and 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Rota days off on a Thursday and Sunday.

Week 3

Starting work between 8am and 12pm Monday to Friday.

Rota days off on a Saturday and Sunday.

Week 4

Starting work between 8am and 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Rota day off on a Thursday.
