Customer Service Consultant

£9.50 per hour - Paid weekly in arrears

Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm. 1 in 3 Saturday 9am-5.30pm

Our client is currently looking to recruit Customer Service Consultants to join a busy contact centre environment.

You will be joining a busy department taking care of welcoming new customers and assisting them through their journey. You will be able to build rapport and establish relationships with ease to ensure their journey runs as smooth as possible. You will be on hand to provide advice, discuss their concerns, and keeping in touch with them regularly within their early journey.

You will have an understanding of customers' requirements to ensure that they are set up for success. You will be monitoring performance on behalf of customers. Providing customer feedback in preparation for handing over to the Resolution Department.

Ideal candidates will have gained previous customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and experience of building rapport. Must be computer literate and able to work under own initiative.
