HRGO Recruitment are currently recruitment for several enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Agents. You'll be managing inbound & outbound calls, speaking to existing customers who have already made applications with the company. Outbound calls will be calling existing customers who have already made applications, chasing documents and discussing application progress.
Absolutely NO sales, NO targets and NO cold calling.
Successful applicants will be working on a 12-week temporary role, which becomes permanent after 12 weeks. Pay rises to 18Kpa though bonuses based on attendance & punctuality.
Successful Applicants Should:
* Have customer service/customer focused experience (not essential as training is provided)
* Be enthusiastic & willing to undertake the role requirements
* Excellent time management, Reliable & Punctual
* Provide 5-star customer service, while being patient & empathetic
Are you confident, assertive and service focused? If so, then come and deliver excellent service in our Customer Service department, where every day is different.
You will need to be friendly & welcoming, self-motivated and be able to serve our customers in a calm and professional manner.
