My client is expanding their customer service team to managed the demands of the growing business. Overview:

• First line of contact for all incoming customer contact
• Respond to sales enquires and provide product advice
• Receiving orders over the phone
• Handling customer queries via phone and email
• Up-selling and cross selling where applicable
• Prepare and proactively manage quotations
• Offer after sales care inclusive of managing the customer return process

Requirement:

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Professional and confident with customers,
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and be self sufficient
• Needs to be very organised/efficient
• Ability to multi task
