Role Title: Customer Service, In bound Agents
The role is: Full time Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Start Date: Immediate
HRGO are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents to work on behalf of our client in Manchester City Centre. You will be working on public sector campaigns with full training provided.
A basic DBS will be required for this role and you will need to apply for this after successful interview.
You must have:
Excellent customer service skills
Have a friendly approach & great personality
Have experience in working in a fast paced environment
Have excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills
Navigate around a P.C comfortably
The role is full time, between the hours of 8.00AM- 6.00PM (shifts rotate on a weekly basis, shift patterns of 8-4 9-5 10-6)
There are also options for part time staff (evenings and week ends).
