Our client is currently seeking Customer Service Agents to work for our client in Birkenhead. You will possess an excellent telephone manner and clear verbal and written communication skills. Must be customer focused offering a friendly, polite and empathetic tone. Full training will be given for this position Full Time positions working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis working between 7am-6pm, training will be provided on site for the initial 5 weeks. Excellent opportunity with a view to going permanent following an initial 13 week period.
