HRGO are currently assisting with this amazing role within a leading automotive company for its office based in Exeter.
We are currently looking for 2 Customer Services Advisor for their Exeter Workshop.
To ensure that maximum utilisation of the workshop and customer satisfaction is achieved, To invoice workshop sales.
Overview:
To plan the forward capacity to the workshop
To correctly interpret customer or internal instructions and complete job cards/repair orders
To promote additional workshop services/repairs where applicable
Build Rapport with all levels of staff and customers
To monitor all work to ensure that it is completed by the times requires and to report any likely delays to the customer to seek, records and communicate authority for any extra work required or parts to be ordered or fitted.
Adhere to and promote CSI and UTP to customers and 5S programme
To order parts from the Parts Department and to order sub-contract work.
To cost the work and raise invoices
To ensure that work done, parts and consumables used, and tests carried out are accurately recorded on the job card/repair order
To account for all cash, cheques etc received and to ensure that all work done and parts used are charged to appropriate accounts.
Maintain records
Comply with good H&S practise, company polices and standard procedures.
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Proactive approach to work
Ability to work to tight deadlines
