HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start working as soon as possible, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area
The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.
This role is a permanent position and pays £18,180 an annum, plus shift allowance.
Responsibilities and main Attributes:
Working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Sunday. (Subject to change to 8:00am - 10:00pm)
Therefore, full flexibility is required for these hours. You will be working full time on a flexible shift pattern - rota will be given 6 weeks in advance
