HRGO are looking for applicants for an ongoing temporary contract for a customer service advisor position based in Stevenage. You will be the initial point of contact for Hertfordshire citizens and local business dealing with questions and queries regarding the local council services. Offering Full time or part time flexible working hours. JOB SPEC * Handle all telephone calls, written correspondence and emails. * To provide advice & information. * Operate & update office system, recording all information. * Ensuring all queries are dealt within time frame agreed. * To escalate calls appropriately * Work towards KPI's and personal targets REQUIREMENTS * Happy to work shift rotation * Excellent communication skills * Constructive and positive communication at all times * Customer service exp. * Ability to converse at ease with members of the public * Understanding of portal (full training given) * Empathetic * Ability to work in a team
