HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their client in Inverness.
The team of Customer Service Advisers will manage incoming and outgoing contact with customers and potential customers, including local residents, businesses, community organisations and tourists. The 'feel' of communications will be very important to tie in with the brand values, so the team will be expected to be exceptionally friendly, helpful and supportive.
Channels will include telephone, the bike app and social media channels. The team will be working closely with the marketing manager, as promoting and growing rider numbers will be key.
The Customer Services team will also be the key link with our maintenance team who manage and move bikes on the ground.

Daily communication with customers and potential customers via telephone, the bike app, social media and the website
Setting up new accounts, answering queries, managing payments
Supporting riders who have an issue with the bike, the app or the local area
Understanding how the bike and the technology works (training will be given)
Understanding the geography, routes and key locations in Edinburgh (training will be given)
Providing information to local businesses on corporate accounts
Contributing to the FAQ bank
Working with the marketing manager to write posts and website content, managing scheduling of posts and posting it as directed
Liaising closely with the maintenance team to ensure riders are kept up to date on any issues on the ground such as bike availability and location
Being proactive in seeking guidance and/or taking action as events occur
Ensuring that KPIs relating to customer contact are delivered
This is a temporrary role working Saturday amd Sunday, hours 10.00am until 6.00pm and pays £9.76 an hour.
