Customer Support Assistant positions are available with an excellent company, based in Ashford. you will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days out of 7. This will include roughly one weekend per month to work.
Main responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound customer contacts, including order placement, and query resolution
Understanding customer needs and maintaining ongoing relationships
Ensuring good communication links with various departments
Meet and exceed quality targets

Experience in a phone based, customer service environment
Fantastic communication and problem solving skills
Be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment
