My client is a growing home delivery service, providing individualised products to customers and service providers. It's looking for motivated individuals to join its Customer Service team full-time in Bridgwater, Somerset. About the job: In this Customer Service role, you'll play a pivotal part in the day-to-day service provided to internal and external customers. You'll liaise with carriers to confirm delivery dates and arrange deliveries to ensure orders are processes quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. In order to provide a high-quality service, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the products available, in order to advise customers when required. A patient and personal approach will be required when dealing with customers to ensure the correct products are ordered to meet their requirements. What skills and experience should you have?
