HR GO are looking to recruit full-time Customer Service Advisors to start ASAP for their prestigious client based in the Gateshead area.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • High volume inbound calls, taking orders and dealing with customer queries.
  • Following up on non deliveries.
  • Supporting the set up of Micro Scooters.
  • Liaising with couriers to track orders.
  • Capturing data and uploading details onto system.


Successful candidates must have Call Centre experience.

The hours are Monday to Sunday working various shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday.

Weekends are every other weekend working Saturday and Sunday.

The rate of pay is £9.18 an hour and could potentially lead to a permanent role for the right candidates.
