I am currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to support a super busy customer service team.
Initially, this role is a temporary, contract position and the hours are: Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week
Part of a vibrant team, the customer service advisor duties will include:
Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and respond to customer complaints with the aim to resolve at first contact where possible.
Undertake general office support and administrative functions appropriate to the role
The successful customer service advisor will require: * GCSE C or above in Maths and English (or similar) * Customer Service experience * Excellent communication skills (telephone letter, email, in person) * Good IT Skills * Time management * Excellent telephone manager * Organisational skills * Accuracy and attention to details * Ability to work to tight deadlines
