Customer Service Advisor
HRGO are currently looking for Inbound Customer Service Operatives to work in a new office based out of Doncaster.
The role will involve:-
- Taking inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries and giving advice
The right candidate should:-
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be able to deal with delicate conversations
- Ideally have experience in a similar role.
The role will initially be 8 hours a day Monday to Friday and will start at £9/hour, increasing to £10 an hour after 12 weeks.
