HRGO are currently looking for Inbound Customer Service Operatives to work in a new office based out of Doncaster.

Role:- Customer Service Advisor

Shift:- Working 5 days out of 7 and including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts will be 08:30 - 17:00 or 11:30 - 20:00., which alternate on a rota.

Pay:- £9.50/hour increasing to £10 after 12 weeks

The role will involve:-

• Taking inbound calls
• Dealing with customer queries and giving advice

The right candidate should:-

• Have a good telephone manner
• Be able to deal with delicate conversations
• Ideally have experience in a similar role.

Although initially temporary, this role is expected to go permanent after 12 weeks. The company is growing so can offer excellent career prospects
