HR GO are currently recruiting for customer service advisor within a long standing, well known organisation in the Ashford area. This organisation have been running for over 35 years and are passionate about the service they provide to their customers. Duties include: * First point of contact receiving calls from a wide range of clients. * Accurately handling sensitive and complex information and recording onto various systems * Carrying out investigations and reporting * Checking a wide range of data in electronic files and up-dating records * Resolving disputes and discrepancies The person: * Show strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft applications * Have previous experience in working with data * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service * Can do attitude The hours of work are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
