Customer Service Customer Service Advisor is to account Manage customers on their orders / requirements. Direct interaction with potential, new and existing customer's. Working to provide quality customer service, while actively increasing the company's revenues by increasing sales. Location: Buntingford Salary: £20k - £23K DOE Key Accountability's * Answer incoming telephone calls for orders from both customers and Sales Representatives. * Outbound telephone calls to existing customers to advise and quote on products with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue. * Process orders received by telephone, fax or e-mail. * Place orders onto the Sage database, taking customer and order details accurately. * Ensure print out of order acknowledgement and picking list, sending acknowledgement to the customer and the picking list to the Warehouse. * Assist with setting up new accounts for customers, as required. * Ensure orders for unfamiliar parts are investigated and dealt with in a timely manner. * Ensure correct information is obtained from customer to be able to quote effectively * Liaise with various internal departments and suppliers as required. * Assist with promotion of new products and special offers. * Ensure all administration is kept up to date on a weekly basis. * Assist both customers and the Sales department with queries regarding parts * Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Supervisor/Manager * Processing queries, warranty issues and returns Skills * Driven and positive * Confident, positive and professional attitude * Computer skills * Confident in handling customer queries, both on the phone and email * Providing excellent customer service * Professional and flexible at all times * Professional issue resolving * Managing multiple tasks at once * Meeting deadlines
