HR GO are recruiting Customer Service Advisors in the Plymouth area.

This is a temporary ongoing assignment for 12 weeks, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidates.

Skills required:

• Customer Service contact centre professionals, with complaint handling experience.
• Used to dealing with difficult situations.
• Excellent computer and communication skills, resilient and empathetic.

The rate of pay is £11.77 per hour and hours of work at 37.5 a week.

Working 4 out of 5 weekdays and EVERY Saturday, this can include working close to or up to 8pm for those 4 weekdays but hours will be confirmed once training has been completed. Saturday hours can include working up to 6pm. Full attendance for the training period is required with the exception of 1 or 2 days for legitimate reasoning.

Holidays - A minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to the holiday being taken and must be approved by your supervisor and HR GO Recruitment.
