A successful and growing company are looking to recruit a new individual to compliment there already established team. The role is varied and extremely interesting and will require someone who is flexible with working hours, with a high attention to detail and has first class customer service skills to delivery the service and expertise to their clients. Responsibilities: * First point of contact receiving calls from a wide range of clients. * Accurately handling sensitive and complex information and recording onto various systems * Carrying out investigations and reporting * Checking a wide range of data in electronic files and up-dating records * Resolving disputes and discrepancies The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, like working with data and has experience of delivering customer satisfaction. Working Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The role will regularly involve working a Saturday and Sunday together with a night shift for which time off during the week will be given.
