Customer Service Advisor - Weekends and Bank Holidays
Do you have 12 months experience in a customer service role ?
My client, an established insurance provider requires driven Customer Service Advisors to work in their Operations department covering Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays to provide cover to core clients along with their emergency clients in offering an effective Out of Hours service. You will deal with a variety of claims and emergencies. You will also liaise with customers and third parties, in order to assist in the progression of claims from start to finish.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates require 5 or more GCSE's (C Grade or above) including English and Maths.
Previous high level Customer Service experience
Good customer service skills
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
Complaint Handling skills
Ability to remain focused during high volume periods
Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Good organisation skills
Your normal hours of work will be on average 22 hours each week with 1 hours unpaid lunch break each day.
Your shift pattern will be 8:30am - 8:30pm
£10.50 per hour
