HR GO Ashford are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor for a minimum term of 6-weeks. As a Customer Service Advisor your main focus will be on generating revenue whilst offering outstanding customer service at all times. Main duties: * Dealing with all customer enquires in a prompt and proactive manner * Using the in-house system to manage enquires, provide information and access information * Following up on administrative tasks, such as data input * Be abreast of other services the business provides, offering any additional support where necessary * Verify customer documents in accordance with the current framework in place * Liaise with other departments when required to do so * Taking payments via cheque/card when required to do so The person: * Experience of working in an inbound call centre environment is essential * Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service is also required * Attention to detail * Able to show flexibility in their role * Portray a willingness to learn new skills and an ability to be multi-skilled This is a full time position working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, there is FREE parking on site too!
