HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on the ASAP, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area (SR5 3XJ)
Working from home/office on a two week rota
The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.
This role is a permanent position and pays £20,065 an annum, plus shift allowance.
Responsibilities and main Attributes: -
* Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
* Communicate the benefits of products and services
* Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
* Ability to work to targets
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Understand and up sell the company products
* Data entry and information gathering
* Ability to work to KPI'S
* IT literate and attention to detail
* Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
* Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
* Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
* IT literate and competent
Working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Sunday. (Subject to change to 8:00am - 10:00pm)
Therefore, full flexibility is required for these hours. You will be working full time on a flexible shift pattern - rota will be given 6 weeks in advance
